System installation

At an advanced stage of construction, the customer has the possibility to add different systems to their house to make it operative.

The electricity system (and home automation system on request), sanitary ware, heat recovery ventilation and the solar/photovoltaic systems are all tailored-made to the customer’s needs. Each detail is evaluated and analysed in order to reflect the real consumptions of the people who live in it.

Nevertheless, the customer is free to choose their own specific firms for these system installations. Yet, we think, from past experiences, that in this kind of approach the customer may find it difficult to perfectly coordinate the different figures of system installers who sometimes feel technically uncomfortable to operate on wooden walls.

Of course, it is necessary to choose accomplished and skilful firms which can carry out system installations specific to wooden buildings.
